Marble Cliff Commons Luxury Apartment
This project consists of the design and production of construction documents, for a HUD sponsored 276 unit apartment complex and Community Building
The project incorporates 9 buildings with 4-three bedroom flats and 24 buildings with ten unit flats, 2-three bedroom, 6-two bedroom and 2-one bedroom units. The two story party house contains a recreation room, three party rooms (all with kitchenettes), large gas fireplace, billiard parlor, media/theater room, gym/fitness room, offices, ADA restrooms and a heated 30 foot by 60 foot outdoor swimming pool. The shingle roof buildings are constructed on post tension foundation. Exterior walls are cultured stone/stucco on metal studs with wood interior construction.
