Abbot Studios was hired to do design and construction document work to improve the existing site, the outside of the building, and the common area on the first floor.
The site improvements included many landscaping changes to the front and back entrance plazas, a new fenced patio enclosure, repairs to the sidewalks and curbs, and a new parking area.
